Pathologist

Our company is seeking a dedicated Pathologist to join our exceptional healthcare team. In this critical role, you will diagnose diseases by examining laboratory specimens, including tissues and body fluids. Your expertise will significantly impact patient management and treatment outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough histological and cytological examinations to accurately assess disease states.
• Generate comprehensive reports summarizing findings and communicate results effectively to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians to provide expert insights that support clinical decision-making.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in pathology.
• Contribute to quality assurance programs and adhere to laboratory standards and protocols.
• Engage in educational initiatives, mentoring and training junior staff and medical students.

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Pathology.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical pathology.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
