Pediatric Critical Care Physician

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our team and provide exceptional care to critically ill children in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions, implementing advanced therapeutic interventions, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations and assessments of critically ill pediatric patients.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Utilizing advanced technologies and best practices in pediatric critical care.
• Communicating effectively with families to discuss treatment options and care plans.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes.
• Providing mentorship and education to medical residents and nursing staff.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Pediatric residency and a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
• Board certification in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine is required.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit preferred.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and critical care management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
