Pediatric Dentistry

SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving dental practice. In this role, you will care for infants, children, and adolescents, providing them with comprehensive dental services in a supportive and nurturing environment. As part of our team, you will leverage your expertise to create positive experiences for our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments of children's oral health
• Diagnose and treat common dental issues, including cavities, infections, and developmental concerns
• Perform preventive measures, such as cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients and their families about proper dental hygiene and nutrition
• Deliver specialized treatment options, including restorations and extractions, tailored to the needs of young patients
• Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to help alleviate dental anxiety
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient care and workflow
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote pediatric oral health

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry
• Active dental license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in a pediatric dental setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children and their families
• Empathetic attitude towards patients and a passion for pediatric care
• Knowledge of the latest technological advancements in pediatric dentistry
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
