Pediatric ER-Private Healthcare Sector

This role involves delivering comprehensive emergency medical care to pediatric patients in a private hospital setting. You will provide expert clinical assessments, accurate diagnoses, and timely interventions while ensuring compassionate communication with children and their families. Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and triage pediatric patients presenting to the emergency department in a private healthcare setting.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric emergencies including trauma, infections, and acute illnesses.
• Stabilize and manage critically ill pediatric patients and perform necessary emergency procedures.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in electronic medical records in compliance with private healthcare protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives specific to private healthcare standards.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Pediatric Residency and board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction of the private healthcare facility.
• Experience working in pediatric emergency departments, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
• Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to perform emergency procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with pediatric patients and their families.
• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary private healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in private healthcare settings.
