As a Consultant Anatomic Pathologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be pivotal in diagnosing diseases through the meticulous examination and analysis of tissue samples. Your expertise will drive diagnostic accuracy and contribute significantly to patient management and treatment decisions in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed microscopic examinations of surgical specimens and other tissue samples
• Diagnose diseases and provide comprehensive pathology reports with clarity and precision
• Utilize advanced techniques such as immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology
• Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare teams to discuss case management and treatment options
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated patient care
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of anatomic pathology through continuous education
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the laboratory

Requirements:

• Medical degree with a specialization in Pathology
• Completion of a residency in Anatomic Pathology
• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology
• Demonstrated experience as a consultant pathologist with an emphasis on anatomic pathology
• Proficient understanding of pathology principles, laboratory techniques, and diagnostic methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams
