Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients, addressing both elective and emergency surgical needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and develop tailored surgical treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and manage any complications or follow-up care effectively.
• Provide counsel and education to patients and their families regarding surgical options, risks, and recovery processes.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and records for all surgeries performed.
• Stay abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in pediatric surgery to enhance patient outcomes.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Pediatric Surgery.
• Board certification in Pediatric Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Significant experience performing pediatric surgical procedures in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, surgical techniques, and postoperative management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with children and families.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
