Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive surgical evaluations and perform surgeries for infants and pediatric patients, ranging from common to complex cases.
• Develop individualized surgical care plans in collaboration with pediatricians and other specialists.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative care to optimize patient recovery and minimize complications.
• Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients' families regarding surgical procedures and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Keep updated with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery and implement best practices within the clinical setting.
• Participate in continuing medical education and contribute to training and mentoring junior staff or residents.

• Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Pediatric Surgery.
• Valid professional medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Proven experience in infant and child surgical care within reputable healthcare institutions.
• Strong expertise in pediatric surgical procedures and knowledge of neonatal and pediatric anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices.
