Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations and manage complex pediatric cases requiring advanced medical interventions.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, including chronic and rare diseases.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients' needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
• Educate parents and caregivers about disease management, preventive care, and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and adhere to healthcare protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics.
• Board certification or equivalent in Pediatrics preferred.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the UAE, specifically Sharjah.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in advanced pediatric care.
• Strong clinical skills in managing complex pediatric cases and chronic diseases.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to evidence-based pediatric practices.
