People & Culture Specialist

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join the team. As a People & Culture Specialist you will be part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the Process & Experience Delivery Manager.

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance across several Middle East markets, ensuring efficient and accurate processes that create a positive employee experience.

Your ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Manage employee lifecycle.


• Work closely with other P&C and business stakeholders


• Together with Central Hubs and vendors:
  
  
  
  1. Coordinate payroll activities and resolve employee payroll queries accurately and on time
  
  
  2. Manage benefits, pensions, gratuity and end-of-service processes
  
  
  3. Manage onboarding, employee mobility within Middle East markets
  
  
  
  


• Support audits, document checks and HR records, and make sure we meet labor, immigration, payroll and benefits requirements


• Address sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment, involving the appropriate stakeholders when needed.


• Improve, standardize and document HR Operations processes across the markets


• Roll out local and global People & Culture initiatives

Who we’re looking for

• Currently based in the UAE; no relocation support available


• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field


• 3–5 years’ experience preferably in a multinational FMCG company in HR areas: HR operations, shared services and process outsourcing, business partnership ,


• Experience in Analytics, Talent, Learning, Performance, Continuous Improvement will be an additional asset


• Proficient in M365 package, HR systems, AI tools, and case-management platforms


• Quick learner, strong attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skills


• Clear, empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels


• Experience working with diverse, multi-market teams
