The candidate should demonstrate confidence, proactivity, and strong leadership qualities.
Proven experience in managing paid social and search campaigns.
Deep understanding of paid search technology and social media platforms.
Ability to develop strategies and manage campaigns in multiple markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
Experience in budget management and media planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with agency partners and internal teams.
Proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovation to campaigns.
Fluency in English (bi-lingual capabilities are a plus).
