Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Analyst at Musaffa. The Analyst will be integral in analyzing marketing campaigns, communicating insights and recommendations to the marketing team, and collaborating directly with team members to drive data-informed improvements in lead generation and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Extract actionable insights to inform optimization strategies, focusing on metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) specific to Meta ads.
• Conduct thorough audience segmentation, demographic, and behavioral analysis to refine targeting and ad placements on Meta platforms.
• Communicate data-driven insights effectively to marketing and sales teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives.
• To track and measure campaign effectiveness, utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and Social Media Analytics.
• Identify trends and patterns within data sets, presenting insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data analysis and feedback loops.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in Marketing Analytics, with proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data insights and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Experience in the finance industry and/or multicultural work environments is a plus.
