Job Description - Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our real estate brand's digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted campaigns across various online platforms in the UAE and other key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our real estate projects.
  • Create lead generation campaigns to generate qualified leads through campaigns for the project on various platforms in the UAE as well as other countries.
  • Manage all aspects of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and website management.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target audiences in the UAE and other relevant markets, and tailor marketing messages effectively to resonate with them.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop creative assets, landing pages, and campaign materials optimized for conversion and lead generation, as well as for SEO optimization and website management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in generating qualified leads, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement in lead generation efforts, as well as to enhance SEO strategies and website performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities, including advancements in SEO and website management.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI across marketing channels, ensuring optimal performance within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure synergy across departments.
  • Stay informed about and comply with marketing regulations and laws, especially in international markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and editing.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Independent management of projects.
  • Good time management skills.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
