Responsibilities:

• key performance metrics
• Setting up & optimizing audiences for conversions and KPIs
• Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Setting up analytic tools & dashboards
• Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best
• Planning and strategizing landing page optimization
• Test new channels and trends
• Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
• Gathering multiple data points to perform in-depth analysis, drawing and reporting actionable business insights

Requirements:

• 4+ years of intense experience with performance campaigns
• Previous experience with mobile apps campaigns
• Well-developed analytical, strategical & decision making skills
• Collaborative personality
• Expert in data visualization & presentation
• Fluent in English
• Great self-organizational skills
