Periodontics

We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled Periodontist to join our esteemed dental practice. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing periodontal diseases while providing high-quality care to our patients. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for periodontics, excellent clinical skills, and a strong commitment to patient education and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose gum diseases and conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient needs.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatments, including scaling, root planing, and dental implant procedures.
• Educate patients about periodontal health, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Work collaboratively with dental hygienists and other specialized staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Periodontics.
• Current state dental license and board certification in Periodontics.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest treatments and technologies in periodontics.
