SearchPlus HR is a premier human resources consulting firm, and we are currently in search of a talented Periodontist to join our thriving dental practice. As a Periodontist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving patients' oral health through specialized periodontal care.

Role Overview

As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, performing advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures, and working collaboratively with other dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients achieve optimal gum health and maintaining healthy smiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough examinations of patients to diagnose periodontal issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for managing and treating gum diseases.
• Execute periodontal procedures such as scaling, root planing, bone grafting, and dental implant placements.
• Educate patients about proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of periodontal health.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists to ensure holistic patient treatment.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of periodontics and incorporate them into practice.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program.
• License to practice dentistry and specialization in periodontics.
• Experience with advanced periodontal procedures and techniques.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying informed about industry advancements.
• Compassionate nature with a focus on patient care and comfort.

Working Time is Full Time.
