Job Description - Personal Assistant - Arabic Speaker

Manage calendar & schedule management
Handle travel arrangements & logistics coordination
Organize meeting organization & minutes taking
Handling confidential information
Communication with internal & external stakeholders
Supporting reports, presentations & correspondence

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2–4 years in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Manager)
Background in Real Estate, E-commerce, Marketing, or TIC is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
