Job Description - Personal Assistant to CEO

Our client is a Private Office based in Dubai. Having a team of more than 30 international and highly qualified staff, they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Working closely with the CEO, the main responsibilities will include but not be limited to travel arrangements, diary arrangements, coordination of events including on-site pre-screening of the venue, background checks of speakers, liaise with all third party suppliers, meet and greet visitors at all all levels, produce and translate documents in both Arabic and English and overall administrative support to the CEO’s office.

Job Skills

Candidate requirements - University degree from a western university
- Ability to tactfully interact with senior professionals at all levels
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills in English and Arabic
- Organised, committed, reliable and discrete professional
- Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic
