Personal Banking Service Advisor (UAE Nationals Only)

Job Responsibility:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. 
• Promote and cross-sell relevant banking products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and referrals. 
• Process account-related requests and transactions accurately, ensuring complete documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and Sharia guidelines. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information. 

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• High School /Diploma Degree in relevant field
• Relevant experience in related/similar job 
• UAE National with Family Book
