Responsibilities

• Designcompensation and benefits packages
• Implementperformance review procedures ( quarterly/annual and 360evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies andensure employees understand and comply withthem
• Implement effective sourcing, screeningand interviewing techniques
• Assess trainingneeds and coordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees
• Monitor HR department sbudget
• Act as the point of contact regardinglabor legislation issues
• Manage employeesgrievances
• Create and run referral bonusprograms

Requirementsand skills

• Proven workexperience as an HR Executive,
• Familiaritywith Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant TrackingSystems
• Experience with full-cyclerecruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation(particularly employment contracts, employee leaves andinsurance)
• Demonstrable leadershipabilities
• Solid communicationskills
