About the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics planning and coordination:
• Coordinate photoshoot logistics, including product transfer and arrangement.
• Provide essential support during and post photoshoots including equipment setup, handling, and maintenance.
• Plan ahead to ensure products and displays are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the OEM teams to ensure seamless execution of photoshoot.
• post-production support:
• Assist in post-production tasks, including sorting and selecting images and file management.
• Photography support to the graphics team
• Assist in editing photos and videos using Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Ensure that the final content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory, scheduling appointments, responding to queries, and managing paperwork/ approvals related to photoshoots.
• Undertake other creative tasks as assigned.

About you

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1year of experience in photography and videography within the creative industry.
• Requires a valid UAE drivers’ license and will be required to travel to showrooms, warehouses, exhibitions etc. across the UAE.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
