Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with hematologic disorders such as anemia, coagulopathies, and hematologic malignancies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and current best practices.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including blood tests and bone marrow biopsies.
• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle considerations.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in hematology to enhance clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records complying with healthcare regulations.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization or relevant experience in Hematology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
• Experience in diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders.
• Proficient in performing diagnostic procedures related to hematology.
• Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
