Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients requiring rehabilitation following acute medical conditions, injuries or surgeries.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to optimize outcomes.
• Provide expert consultation on physical medicine and rehabilitation interventions.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, therapies and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Board certification or equivalent credentials in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
• Proven clinical experience managing rehabilitation patients in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse healthcare teams and patients.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
