Piping Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Piping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi for an Oil & Gas Project. The role requires a skilled and motivated professional capable of supervising piping activities, coordinating site teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is executed safely and according to project specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day piping fabrication, erection, installation, and associated site activities.
  
• Coordinate piping crews and allocate manpower according to project priorities and work schedules.
  
• Interpret piping drawings, isometrics, layouts, specifications, and relevant project documentation.
  
• Monitor piping installation to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, construction, and other site teams to resolve piping-related issues.
  
• Ensure piping work is performed in accordance with applicable HSE procedures and permit requirements.
  
• Monitor work progress and communicate site status, constraints, and material requirements to project management.
  
• Support inspection, testing, punch-list clearance, and completion activities for piping systems.
  

Required Skills

1. Piping Supervision — Ability to supervise piping installation and construction activities at project sites.
   
2. Oil & Gas Piping Knowledge — Understanding of piping activities typically encountered on oil and gas projects.
   
3. Drawing Interpretation — Ability to interpret piping isometrics, layouts, specifications, and related technical documents.
   
4. HSE Compliance — Knowledge of safe working practices and site safety requirements.
   
5. Quality Control Awareness — Ability to monitor piping workmanship and support inspection and testing activities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with piping fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning workflows.
  
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams.
  
• Knowledge of material identification, piping specifications, and project documentation.
