As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for every facet of pizza preparation, from dough making to topping selections and baking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough to the desired size and thickness.
• Select and assemble fresh ingredients and toppings to create memorable pizzas.
• Manage the pizza oven, ensuring the perfect cooking temperature and bake times for optimal results.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Create unique, seasonal pizza recipes that highlight local ingredients.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Continuously experiment with new techniques and recipes to enhance the pizza menu.

• Prior experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, including dough preparation and baking.
• Creativity in developing new recipes and flavor combinations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
