Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a skilled Planning Engineer â Civil for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination activities to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Support planning and execution activities for high-rise building projects.
- Review project drawings, construction schedules, and technical documents.
- Assist in resource planning, productivity analysis, and progress tracking.
- Prepare recovery schedules and project status reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual requirements, and company standards.
- Maintain planning documentation, reports, and project records.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 3â10 years of experience in contracting companies.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
