The Plant Operator Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Plant Operator in the operation and maintenance of our facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Plant Operator in the operation and maintenance of all plant equipment. - Monitor and record plant performance and report any issues or concerns to the Plant Operator. - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment. - Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment as needed. - Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
