Plastic Surgeon Specialist/ Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced surgical care in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional skill in performing intricate surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Your primary tasks will include consulting with patients to understand their goals, conducting thorough assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will perform various surgical interventions to address both cosmetic desires and medical needs, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine surgical needs and goals
• Develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements
• Perform a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
• Manage all aspects of patient care pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative processes
• Educate patients about procedures, risks, and recovery processes
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and practices
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state
• Minimum of 5 years of residency training in plastic surgery
• Strong background in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery
• Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development
