Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, and post-traumatic repairs.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to design personalized surgical treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as dermatology, oncology, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide detailed postoperative monitoring and management to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Educate patients about surgical procedures, potential risks, recovery expectations, and long-term care.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and surgical procedures.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery through continuous professional development.

• Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery is essential.
• Valid and current medical license to practice in Sharjah or the UAE.
• Proven track record of performing both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Strong surgical expertise, attention to detail, and artistic eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to fast-paced clinical settings.
