PL/SQL Developer Loyalty program implementation & card platform

We have an urgent requirement for  PL/SQL Developer – Loyalty program implementation & card platform  in banking domain  is  required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE  Must have: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, API integration REST/SOAPDomain must: Loyalty programs, rewards/points, or card systems  Design/develop/optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages; performance tuning and efficient SQL execution; integrate/consume REST/SOAP APIs--Mustsupport loyalty program flows (rewards, points, redemption)--Mustsupport co-branded card solutions (transaction processing, partner integrations) and troubleshoot issues and provide production support---Must Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer to support the development and enhancement of a loyalty platform, specifically focused on virtual card solutions, rewards, and partner integrations.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages


• Perform performance tuning and ensure efficient SQL query execution


• Integrate and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless system communication


• Support and enhance loyalty program implementations, including rewards, points management, and redemption flows


• Work on co-branded card solutions, including transaction processing and partner integrations


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, vendors) to deliver high-quality solutions


• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL optimization


• Experience with API integration and system interfaces


• Good understanding of loyalty platforms and payment/card systems


• Exposure to co-branded cards and partnership models


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
