What you will be doing:

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, including water supply systems, sewer pumps, and drainage networks throughout the property.
• Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning fat traps, soil pipes, and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets.
• Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
• Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures.
• Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Supervisor.

• Minimum 02 years’ experience in the position
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Experience in the field is a strong asset

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
