Roles and Responsibilities

You Take Ownership. You Deliver With

You
approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what
the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working
collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output.

• A Diploma or a related
  Qualification in Plumbing is preferred.
  
• Extensive Knowledge of
  plumbing work.
  
• Proven track record in
  a plumbing role in hospitality.
  
• Sensational Teamwork
  and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across
  departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• A Proactive Nature,
  coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the
  Operation is curated to perfection.
  
• A hands-on attitude,
  fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  
• Installs, Repairs, and
  Maintains pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in Commercial
  and Residential Structures.
  
• Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and
  repair works, including water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, and
  sanitary systems.
  
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and operation, including pool
  pumps, filtration systems, circulation, valves, strainers, and
  backwashing.
  
• Monitor pool water levels, circulation, filtration, and chemical
  dosing to maintain required water-quality standards.
  
• Attend to pool-related leakages, blockages, equipment issues, and
  corrective maintenance.
  
• Conduct routine PPM and maintain records of plumbing and pool
  equipment activities.
  
• Ensure all works comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and operational
  standards.
  
• Responds to,
  Diagnoses, and Resolves Plumbing Issues with ‘FIVE-Star’ Efficiency.
  
• Performs remarkable
  Routine Inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  
• Conducts Light Construction,
  carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as
  required.
  
• Tests, Troubleshoots,
  and performs Basic Repairs on all types of equipment with a ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude.
  
• Maintains Maintenance
  Inventory and Requisitions parts and supplies as needed, with exquisite Detail.
