Pool Bar Attendant

Novotel World Trade Centre is looking for Pool Bar Attendant who will be responsible for an enjoyable experience for guests at the pool area. This role combines with food & beverage service and assisting with pool activities.

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables.
• Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns, offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Take guest orders, provide recommendations, and deliver drinks promptly.
• Check guests' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Monitor guest consumption and maintain responsible alcohol service standards.
• Suggest menu items, promote daily specials, or highlight seasonal offerings.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their drinks and services throughout their visit.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, such as providing towels, replenishing drinks, or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
• Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations, including pool hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
