• Highschool diploma

PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE:

• Previousexperience in hospital pharmacy or relatedsetting.
• Familiar with stock rotation,expiration date monitoring and others.
• Highdegree of accuracy in performingfunctions.
• Excellent English verbalcommunicationskills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualityand Accuracy
• Arranges medication for deliveryby Nursing Unit.
• Prioritizes medication fordelivery to Nursing Units.
• Immediate deliveryof urgent orders.
• Timely delivery of routinelyordered medication.
• Timely delivery of floorstock.
• Return of discontinued medication fromNursing Units to Pharmacy.
• All deliveries areaccurate (correct Nursing Unit, dosebin)
• Documentation is complete (obtainssignature of person receiving; ensures that return for credit formsare filled)
• Unpacks medicationdeliveries.
• Quantity /OrganizationalSkills
• Arranges stock in correct location andin the correct alphabetical order.
• Identifiesmedication requiring special storageconditions.
• Reports if any short expiry/expired medication is noticed with in nay pharmacy storagelocations
• Perform all duties in a professional,effective, and confidential manner as required orassigned
• Supports hospital policies and servesas a professional role model for allstaff
