Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced software solutions for next-generation UAV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for UAV systems, including flight control, ground control, mission planning, and supporting applications.


• Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance software for real-time operations.


• Optimize software performance and reliability


• Mentor software engineers and promote engineering best practices.


• Define technical roadmaps and contribute to long-term technology strategy.


• Develop testing frameworks for simulation, validation, and field testing.


• Troubleshoot software issues during development and operational testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.


• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of software teams.


• Strong experience with C++, Python, and Embedded C.


• Solid knowledge of RTOS, control systems, and UAV navigation algorithms.


• Experience with MAVLink, CAN Bus, wireless communication, and embedded systems.


• Knowledge of UAV industry standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
