The Coyote factory in the United Arab Emirates will be the first of its kind – a lean, high-velocity production center for next-generation counter-UAS technologies. We are seeking bold, execution-driven team members to help drive the standard for operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

The Project Planning and Controls specialist will support the operations of Raytheon’s new Coyote program factory located in the Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). This role ensures end-to-end project planning, scheduling and control activities, enabling the project to meet its time, budget and reporting requirements.  The role will be part of the Project Management Office supporting and implementing a validated program controls system.   

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget and forecasts on behalf of the Program Manager.
Provides the support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports and analysis such as critical path and variance analysis.
Assist in analyzing funding profiles, spending profiles, estimates to complete and variance analysis.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develop, monitor and report on localization effort including offset credit claims, local content and value add calculations.   
Develop and maintain a weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule reporting systems
Develop, monitor and analyze program metrics to provide early visibility of progress against plans, delays, risks or gaps.
Develop, maintain and update visual controls and dashboards to support operational decision making and priority setting.

Qualifications You Must Have:

A University Degree in a relevant field related to the role description
3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
Strong understanding of scheduling and earned value management
Hands-on and proven experience with relevant tools and reporting systems
Skills and Competencies

High attention to details and documentation discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, detail oriented and a speak-up mindset
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Advance proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel and Data analysis (pivot tables, trackers, dashboards)
Experience and knowledge of earned value management reporting, tracking and analysis.

Qualifications We Prefer:


Good communicator with confidence to engage with peers and leadership

Experience in the frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree in engineering or applied science or 6 years of relevant experience, or high school graduate with 8 years of relevant experience.
