Private Chef - UHNWF

Apt Resources is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Private Chef to join a private family's household in Dubai. In this role, you will prepare and deliver a variety of delicious meals, focusing on quality and health, tailored to the specific tastes and dietary preferences of the family.

Your culinary expertise will help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to the family’s preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Create weekly menus and grocery lists to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
• Manage kitchen inventory efficiently and maintain organization.
• Ensure cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service during family meals and events.
• Stay current with culinary trends to bring fresh ideas to the kitchen.
• Occasionally assist with preparing meals for guests or special events.

• Proven experience as a house chef with UHNWF
• Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality and flavor.
• Ability to create balanced and nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with family members and staff.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is an asset.
• Should be able to cook European/ healthy Mediterranean food with dietary restrictions like gluten free. Dairy free.
• Available for a trial.

Salary commensurate with experience.
