Permanent full -time appointment for a Western -trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare and performance medicine structure in Abu Dhabi.

This role is focused on musculoskeletal health optimisation, injury prevention, and surgical decision -making within a high -net -worth population with active, travel -intensive lifestyles. You will oversee longitudinal orthopaedic care, acute injury assessment, and surgical planning where required, with a strong emphasis on conservative management pathways and functional recovery optimisation.

Clinical scope includes sports and degenerative orthopaedics, joint preservation strategies, spine -related musculoskeletal conditions, and coordination of advanced imaging and surgical interventions across international tertiary centres in Europe, the UK, and the United States.

You will work closely with internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine, physiotherapy, and performance -focused clinicians within a discreet multidisciplinary framework designed for continuity of care across multiple residences and international travel environments.
