Job Description - Private Equity Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will play an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across a range of industries. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a lean and entrepreneurial environment, offering significant exposure and responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Support in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
Conduct financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and market research
Prepare investment memos and present to the investment committee
Collaborate with portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives
Maintain strong industry relationships and network within the GCC region

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Private Equity
Demonstrated transaction experience and analytical rigor
Sector-agnostic with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team (3–4 people)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
