A private household in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable Private Household Chef to prepare high-quality meals tailored to the household’s preferences and needs.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, excellent food preparation skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and discretion in a private household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals according to the household’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare a variety of cuisines, including international and healthy dishes.
• Plan menus and manage grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation in accordance with food safety standards.
• Accommodate special dietary requirements, allergies, and individual food preferences.
• Manage kitchen supplies and minimize food waste.
• Prepare meals according to the household’s daily schedule and requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a private chef, household chef, or professional chef.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
• Ability to prepare nutritious, well-presented, and high-quality meals.
• Good understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and food storage.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing kitchen operations independently.
• Flexible, reliable, and attentive to the household’s needs.
• Professional attitude, good communication skills, and a neat appearance.
• Ability to work in a private household and respect the family’s privacy.
