Job Description - PRO & HR Assistance

DUBIMED is a leading medical and aesthetic supplies company committed to excellence in healthcare. We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented PRO & HR Assistant to join our team and support both HR operations and government relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee visas, work permits, and government approvals

Handle legal documents, trade license renewals, and regulatory compliance
Track government transactions and document expiries
Represent the company in government visits and official correspondence
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment letters)
Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
Coordinate with medical insurance providers and assist recruitment logistics

Requirements

• Experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of labor law, visa procedures, and government portals

• Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Valid UAE Driving License
