We are looking for an experienced PRO Cum Admin to provide comprehensive administrative and government-relations support across HR, legal documentation, facilities, fleet, IT assets, and office operations.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Manage visa processing, renewals, legalizations and work permits
* Handle employee onboarding and visa processing from India to UAE
* Manage trade license, tenancy contract and statutory renewals
* Handle company document legalizations and project/site insurance
* Manage office, warehouse and accommodation facilities & utilities
* Coordinate utility bills, Wi-Fi and landline payments with Accounts
* Manage 14+ company vehicles, including insurance, maintenance and repairs
* Coordinate with drivers, vendors and service providers
* Manage 50+ IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records
* Coordinate with outsourced IT service providers and support systems/firewall-related issues
* Support administrative and compliance requirements for projects and sites
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewal of all licenses and permits
* Support smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations
? Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Office Management preferred
✔️ 3+ years of experience in PRO/Admin/Office Administration
✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE visa, government documentation and renewals
✔️ Experience in fleet, facilities, employee onboarding and asset management
✔️ Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills
✔️ Good communication and organizational abilities
✔️ Ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently
