Process Automation Specialist

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Automation Specialist to support a strategic commercial transformation initiative focused on digitizing business processes, strengthening operational controls, and improving visibility across commercial activities.

The role will be responsible for designing and implementing SharePoint-integrated web portals, automated workflows, digital forms, and business dashboards that provide a centralized view of commercial and contractual information. The position will play a key role in structuring data flows, establishing auditable processes, improving reporting, and creating a strong digital foundation ahead of the client's planned CRM transformation.

The successful candidate will combine strong SharePoint, web development, workflow automation, dashboard development, and data visualization capabilities with the ability to deliver secure, scalable, user-friendly business solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-integrated web portals and business dashboards.
• Develop responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, C#, and .NET.
• Integrate applications with SharePoint Lists and APIs to enable effective data read/write operations.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards incorporating charts, data grids, filters, reporting, and export functionality.
• Build digital forms, automated approval workflows, and structured business processes.
• Configure and manage user access controls, landing pages, permissions, and secure portal experiences.
• Develop automated workflows for contract-term notifications, expiration alerts, and business communications.
• Establish auditable records of correspondence and interactions with investors and external stakeholders, including entities such as RTA and Dubai Municipality.
• Implement automated content approval processes with defined SLAs and workflow-status dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis and develop automated reporting and communication mechanisms.
• Support solution deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Prepare technical and operational documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Lists and API integration.
• Strong front-end development capabilities using:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • React
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Proven experience developing web portals and business dashboards.
• Strong capability in dashboard design, data visualization, interactive charts, grids, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience designing and implementing digital forms and workflow automation.
• Practical experience configuring user access controls, permissions, and application security.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and automated communications.
• Experience supporting application deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug resolution.
• Ability to document solutions clearly and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
• Ability to work within a business transformation environment and translate commercial process requirements into effective digital solutions.
