Job Description - Procurement Coordinator

  • Identify and develop local & international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and services
  • Source alternate/backup suppliers to reduce supply risk
  • Conduct market research and maintain updated supplier database
  • Manage vendor pre -qualification and registration -ADNOC, NMDC, & Taqa
  • Collect and verify supplier documents -Trade License, ISO, HSE, ICV Certifications
  • Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparison reports
  • Coordinate technical clarifications with engineering/sales teams
  • Ensure compliance with client technical, quality & HSE requirements
  • Support tendering and bid submissions
  • Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms
  • Identify cost -saving opportunities and support procurement planning


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (preferred)
  • Up to 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas procurement/trading
  • Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier markets
  • Experience with vendor registration processes Adnoc prefered
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication Mandatory
