*About Company:*

Leading MEP Contracting Company in Dubai handling premium Commercial & Industrial HVAC Projects (VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, FCU). Looking for an experienced HVAC Procurement Engineer.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with strong HVAC material knowledge to handle end-to-end procurement for HVAC projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle complete procurement cycle for HVAC projects - VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, Copper, Refrigerants

- Source, negotiate and finalize vendors/suppliers for HVAC materials & equipment

- Float enquiries, evaluate quotations technically & commercially, prepare comparison sheets

- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Project & Site teams for material requirements

- Ensure timely procurement as per project schedule and BOQ specifications

- Maintain approved vendor list, track orders, delivery schedules and follow-ups

- Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance and adherence to project specs

- Handle import documentation, logistics and coordination with warehouse

- Prepare PO, GRN, and maintain procurement reports & documentation

- Ensure compliance with UAE market standards and project requirements

*Requirements:*

- B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory

- 2-4 Years proven experience as Procurement Engineer in HVAC Projects / MEP Contracting in UAE/GCC

- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, brands, specs - Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Trane, Carrier etc.

- Experience in vendor development, negotiation and cost comparison

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and procurement software

- Good knowledge of UAE HVAC market and suppliers

- Must be currently available in UAE/Dubai and able to join immediately

- Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage
