*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities and support project execution across HVAC and MEP projects. This role bridges sourcing / purchasing and on-site project delivery.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Procurement:*

1. Source suppliers and vendors for HVAC and MEP materials, equipment and services.

2. Request and evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders as per project specifications and budgets.

3. Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure timely availability of materials for site work.

4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

5. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing / terms.

*Project Coordination:*

1. Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to schedule work and monitor project progress.

2. Maintain project documentation including procurement records, delivery logs and progress reports.

3. Support compliance with quality and safety standards on site.

4. Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve procurement or scheduling issues.

5. Update daily / weekly project reports and ensure efficient overall project execution.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

1. 2-4 years of experience in procurement coordination, vendor management and cost tracking for HVAC / MEP projects in UAE.

2. Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, documentation and site support.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

4. Basic understanding of HVAC / MEP systems with ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.

5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.

*Qualification:*

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related field

*Software Skills:*

- MS Office

- Project Management Software / ERP / Odoo

*Preferred Industry Background:*

- HVAC Contracting / MEP Companies in Dubai / UAE

*Interview Process:*

- HR Interview

- Technical Interview with Project Manager

- Final Interview with Management
