Procurement Officer - Odoo ERP - Arabic Must - Dubai - Immediate Hiring

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 per month

Experience: 2+ Years | Automotive / Technical Industry

Language: Arabic & English - MANDATORY

ERP: Odoo ERP - Procurement Module - MANDATORY

Preference: Dubai / UAE-based candidates

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase orders and material availability for a leading automotive company in Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end procurement through Odoo ERP

- Handle RFQs, Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills

- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms

- Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance

- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance

- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration

- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive / technical industry

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement Module

- Mandatory: Arabic and English communication skills

- Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills

- Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE preferred

Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
