Procurement Trainee (UAE National - Fresh Graduate)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated UAE National fresh graduate to join our Procurement team as a Graduate Trainee. The role provides structured training and exposure to purchasing, vendor coordination, sourcing, and procurement processes.

Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Support the procurement team in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Assist in collecting quotations and coordinating with suppliers.
• Help maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and price lists.
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and update status reports.
• Support evaluation of suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
• Assist in documentation, filing, and adherence to procurement procedures.
• Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvement.

• UAE National with Family Book (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in procurement/supply chain functions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn procurement systems and processes.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
