· Qualify, propose, and manage: Distributors, Integrators andVARs (Value Added Resellers) as appropriate in the region.
· Oversee and manage the sale of the company’s products andservices within the specified territory.
· Work closely with the sales team to make sure the bestpromotions, offers, and deals and quality are being given to existing andprospective partners.
· Cost estimation andquotations and negotiations.
· Drive channel sales bydeveloping relationships and evangelizing solutions with channel partners salesteams.
· Conduct quarterlybusiness reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with channel partners.
· Vendor Management throughTechnology Partner Management for solution building.
· Identify and executejoint marketing programs to create new sales opportunities.
· Set short-term andlong-term sales strategies.
· Have direct contact andrelationships with key partners in the territory.
· Develop, maintain, andgrow relationships with contractors & consultants.
· Actively andsuccessfully manage the sales process through lead generation; credentialspitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close the deals.
· Continually assess theROI of all sales activities in the assigned country.
· Effective use of CRMtools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting and customermarketing records. Ensure CRM is up to date.
· Attend tradeshows andprofessionally participate in booth duty within the company’s booth at variousmarketing events.
· Must have at least 3 + years productexperience in IT Volume business.
· Experience working within-direct sales/ channel strategies and initiatives.
· UAE Driving License.
· Solid understanding ofcommercial transactions and sales business.
· Have sold and providedsolutions for numerous business and technical clients.
· Demonstrated skills andabilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/project-orientedactivities.
