You will be working Product Marketing Specialist, will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart Buildings division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to implement product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy, implement all marketing activities and support sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products.

This position reports to

Product Marketing Director (UAE&Cluster)

Your responsibilities

Implementing the assigned area/segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed, focusing on achievement of orders and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Division/Product Groups, preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans, evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales team(s)
Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each sales person, facilitating know-how sharing and cross-collaboration

Your background

Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering
5 to 7+ years of proven relevant experience in low voltage switch gear design/development, SolidWorks & Auto CAD expert
Good understanding of IEC61439 & carrying out type test
Fluency in English language is mandatory
