Product Specialist - Spa & Wellness

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Product Specialist to be the face of our luxury spa brand. This role combines hospitality, sales, and brand ambassadorship to ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. You will guide guests through skincare and wellness products, manage front-of-house operations, and contribute to the spa’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Sales

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to checkout.
• Provide expert product recommendations across skincare, body, and wellness lines.
• Achieve sales targets through authentic and personalized consultations.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings and contribute to repeat clientele.

Operational Excellence

• Manage bookings, client communications, and payments using FRESHA or similar spa management software.
• Oversee the retail area to ensure brand presentation standards.
• Support daily operations including POS, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with therapists to deliver cohesive guest experiences.

Business Growth & Collaboration

• Monitor product performance and provide feedback on sales and promotions.
• Assist in planning visual displays and retail campaigns.
• Flexibility to travel between locations for training or operational support.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in a spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality environment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, client engagement, and organizational skills.
• Technical: Familiarity with digital POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic preferred) are an advantage.
• Personal Traits: Passion for skincare and wellness, approachable personality, and a proactive attitude.
